Our Thursdays Housing & Health event hosted by Operation Healthy Hearts is focused on providing immediate and essential resources to food-insecure individuals in Los Angeles, with an emphasis on health and empowerment. The event is designed to make food bank donations more accessible by organizing them into nutrient-dense pre-made meals. These meals come with simple, easy-to-read instructions, allowing individuals to prepare balanced and nutritious food with ease.
